Sprocket Measurement

Hey guys, can somebody help me out by going out and measuring the distance from the center of the rear axle to the outermost diameter of the Rear sprocket and chain? I'm working on a tag bracket but want to make sure I get my Radius correct. Here is a pic to help, I need the 1 dimension.

mine is right at 4-1/2" from center to the outside of the chain
