Just a thought here but I was told at my concealed carry class that you had better be sure you have a reasonable belief that a threat to your life exists before you shoot to kill anyone. They better be armed in other words. Treaspassing is NOT enough. If you shoot someone and they fall in your yard you better drag them in your house and there better be signs of a forced entry. You should also take out a personal insurance policy that will protect you from any and all personal liability because as soon as you kill a lowlife like this their lowlife family is going to sue you for wrongfull death and you will get to support their crack habbit.
