That's the car number for the track. I looks like a mid sixty's Nova or Chevy II. I never really knew the difference between the two cars. But they're neat little cars. I really appreciate all the drag photos you post

You may be right I know my old bikes pretty good but not cars.

I may had little luck getting my $24 check this bounty hunter had .-003 red light

he was hunting me.:oh: 5.50 entrt time on my 6.40 so he had spot me almost 2 blinks.

Darn 1 more win could got $100 gotta get used 2 my new setup.

That model of the ChevyII ran from 62 to 65, (this looks to be a 63 to me).. it stayed pretty much the same until the 66 came out then the constant evo to what everyone knows as the Nova.. (I like the 69/70 SS myself) the SS396 cars were really not 396 motors.. they had the 402BB but were plated as 396CI .. fun cars..

I have seen some really great looking first Gen pro mod cars... should have taken pics but kind of hard when you are dodging cars coming out of the wate box..
