Administrative Assistant to International Sales Division:
Associated Components Technology, Inc., is a fast-paced electronics manufacturer. We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Sales and Marketing Division. The successful candidate will possess a strong sense of professionalism and must be a team player, able to function in an intense work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
This position performs general support duties for the International Sales Director and other sales professionals.
Responsibilities include: preparing correspondence and mass-mailings; collate reports from outside sales reps; answering telephone calls and directing customers to the appropriate staff; reviewing sales order entry forms for accuracy and completeness; working with authorized distributors; some data entry; general clerical tasks; and additional duties as required.
Position Requirements:
3 years experience, preferably in the electronics industry
excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
strong attention to detail and degree of accuracy
Intermediate skill with MS Word and Excel
Proficiency with use of internet tools
MAS-90 a plus
ability to maintain confidentiality
ability to follow directions
familiarity with electronics terminology a plus
