Can I use the same tach adapter for my shift light and air shifter, or do I have to use 2 different ones?

I guess I don't understand waht you are using as a adapter. And are you trying to autoshift with it?

I have the old style air shifter, and the old style shift light, and I have heard that I need a tach adapter to tap my wires into the ground of the coils or something. I was wondering if I needed 2 adapters because the light works on the psoitive side too...I think!
Yeah, I was going to try and hook up the system to shift automatically.

This is a little late now, but how about update to a newer style shift light that doesn't need the tach adapter? I sell a few different neat setups if interested.
