There is nothing better out there. My little brother is the IS guy at a major corporation. This is a guy with two bachelors degrees and two masters degrees who is highly regarded in his field as someone who solves problems quicker than just about anyone. His secret? He googles everything! If he gets an error code, he copies and pastes it into a google search and normally the fix is in the first five hits!
I just hope that I have not created a Search Monster now....
