have just purchased my second busa ,i am in the process of swapping all the bits from one bike to the other(micron system ,PCII,undertray etc).Would it be ok to fit the exhaust system and run it in rather than swapping over in a thousand miles? I thought that only the engine internals were being bedded in.The pcII would take care of the lean mixture problem.

but if you have the pc-2 set correctly, there should be no problem;

Jeff Wallce is close to the dealer and may have good insight, send him a direct e-mail, I'm sure he will be helpful!

j/w also is close to racers, has a dyno etc.

the most important thing is observing the proper "break-in" procedures!
