Dip in the power curve

I have fitted a PCII with BMC filter, airbox mod with stock exhaust. All I got is 155.7bhp with a slight improvement over the 4000-5500rpm dip (Compared to previous with PCII and airbox mod, 153bhp). From what I can gather off the net, you guys got more HP from a similar set-up. Apparent, the PCII and airbox mod has resulted in a slight lower reading from Low-end to mid-range compared to just with filter. The improvement appears to be more top-ended. I am running 98 octane petrol. And the dyno run was done without the cooling fan. Pls advise. Thanks

Without a pipe all you have done is let it inhale better, buy it some laxative(a full exhaust system)and it will be fine. Those numbers are not bad for just letting it suck air.

Kawabuser is right, you need a full exhaust to get the full benefit.
Also, what map have you used? DynoJet has not set-up a map for your combo. Only for Slipons and full exhaust with stock airfilter.
You should be able to clean the curve with some changes to the map, but still-put on a pipe.
