So sorry to see and hear about what happened!! Damn drunk drivers should be bullwhipped then thrown in jail for life..... People who don't have lane split laws in their states think we're crazy out here in Cali to split lanes to the front instead of waiting in traffic, but that is my greatest fear.. getting hit from behind while sitting still at a light....

Sorry bruh, whether you believe it or not, GOD had a Guardian Angel looking out for you..... Bikes come and go, bodies cannot be replaced... Glad you're still whole....

It sounds like you've got a great attitude and that will surely pull you through this.

Let us know if they'll be starting a "resurrection fund" for the Smurf. Nobody deserves to be without their Busa. It'll be those withdrawals that will be haunting you after you heal.

RSD, I know me and you never got along much, however I always hate seeing a fellow Busa owner hell a rider for that matter go down like that. It really urks me to know that now matter how safe we may ride, what safety precautions we may take, it could all still be dangerous thanks to a friggin' drunk driver or someone who just doesn't look out for bikes.

Even if that was a car that drunk hit, he still may have caused some serious damage to the driver. What piece of shid and I hope he/she burns in hell for it? My father was killed thanks to a drunk driver causing an accident. It's a shame that a mind altering drink can change someone's life so fast if not taken in responsibly.

Best of luck to you man. I'm sure you'll come through it and be back on a bike sooner than you think. Just keep a positive outlook on things.

Just kiddin, man. On a serious note, I'm hoping for a speedy recovery for you. I let MonsterSF/Bill know yesterday, he stopped by to drop off some blueberries. That guy works way too hard and was nice enough to bring his bike to my wedding for the wife and I to snap a few pics on.

Anyways, hows insurance handling this? Are you gonna be ok with respect to that? Deafening sound in your ears sounds like u might have a mild concussion? I hope you keep in check daily with your doc on your progress. Please do so!

no sweets. I'm not at work. Dont think I could make it to work. I left the house yesterday for about an hour. I dont feel to fuggin good.
Pac phoned me,but I couldn't make it to the phone. I'm moving like I'm 90 fuggin years old. I'm hating this. I'm not a fat person, but the doc weighed me yesterday,and I've lost 6 pounds in 4 days. I feel weak as a kitten. Then when you called I was asleep. I havent slept in the day time since kindergarten. Rubbah's anger is growing.
on a different note thou...I had my first real genuine nightmare . Althou the doctor called it a nightterror I think , somthing like that. Anyway, as I was sitting at the red light,waiting for the green,I glanced over to my buddy who was sitting on his beemer just 3 or 4 feet to my right. As my head turned back to look straight I caught a glimpse of the mini-van coming right for me in the mirror.
  OK,that part is really what happened. Now in the nightmare or whatever its called, all of that happens, but its no longer a mini van. Its now one of those old time giant black locomotives, with get this, a creature sitting on top that looks just like that devil/creature monster type thing from those Jeepers Creepers movies. Is that sick or what.
 I know yer love of horror flicks honey, so I thought you of all people might know the creature I'm refering too. It kinda makes you not want to sleep.
 Well all.... thats enuff for today. 20 minutes sitting down is about all I'm good for.
 I know I must sound like a fuggin' cry baby. Hopefully soon, I'll get back to mean an' ugly. Well, I guess I'll never be rid of the ugly part.

I'm not a shrink but it sounds like the Locomotive (breath) is the fear of the unstoppable car coming up from behind, a fear we all have, and the monster is how you represent the driver, evil in his disregard for anyone's life.

Maybe in the next dream (since all things are possible in dreams) Rubbah will get off and crush the train with one blow like Hellboy and rip the devil creature in half.

Rub ... Dayum what can I say that everyone else hasn't already. Right now while you are feeling pain, anger,frustration,angst and sadness please know that your extended family is going through the same. We are Pained knowing you hurt because of someone else's blatent stupidity and selfishness. We are angered that our friend and family member has suffered many losses from this same disgusting @$$wipe. we are frustrated because we want to help you and can't ( Yet !) because we don't know exactly what you need. We are feeling angst because we don't know what's gonna happen to the pilot of the Smurfmissile and if you will be compensated and/or at the VERY LEAST have your biike replaced and we are saddened by the whole fuggin ordeal. I pray for a fast recovery with no residual effects and a fair compensation package deal for you.
