Risers

I ordered some risers for the 08 and lowering link, how hard are the risers to install!

Need more info. What type of Risers? Helibars you just basically remove everything now attached to your stock bars and move it over to the new bars. If it is a Genmar style (washers, reapers etc.) you just unbolt the stock mount and install the riser plate underneath with the new hardware.

There the round risers with long bolts that replace the 4 factory screws that hold the triple tree on.

Then it couldn't really get any easier. You just unbolt the factory top plate and assuming you got new (longer) bolts with your risers just install them between the top triple clamp and the top plate/bar mount and use Loctite!

Can i make a suggestion? Send them back and get a set of Heli bars. It will look a lot better and i think you will like the way it sits you in the seat. I put them on mine and a lowering links and love it. JMHO. Good luck
