riding in rain with leathers

may be a dumb question. but i will have to ride the bike in the rain to get my new set of tires. will be about 3 hours of ride time total. i try to not ride in the rain unless i have to....like getting caught in it ha ha. i have no rain gear so my question is will my leathers be ok for the ride?

heck I would just get rain gear if your going to ride that long in the rain

your leathers will be fine. i dont think anybody likes riding in the rain but think of it this way, it will make you a better rider. but 3 hours is alot. just gear up, take it ez and you'll be fine

avoid getting your leathers soaked and covered in road grime.

the rain has slacked a good bit. and i found out i dont have to go the interstate....which is a plus. the trip will take just over an hour to get there. i always over compensate on time just to be safe

just got back. i must say....i got LUCKY. Never got caught in any heavy rain, just a few sprinkles.

All went well and i have new Avon Storms
