Removing rubber washers from rear sets

I removed all pieces I want powdercoated and need to get the 6 rubber/metal washers out of the rear sets and off the shift lever, whats the best way to do this if I dont have a vice?

Well, they were pressed out by a shop then powder coated, however the bushings are pretty much toasted.. I havnt got a chance to even see if they are salvageable. If not anyone got ideas on repair or replacement? I sapose in the worst scenario it might force me to get some adjustable rear sets but $$$...

I left mine in and they survived the powder coaters oven nicely. You will have to contact suzuki for replacement parts I assume, or try your stealership.
