Hello, I'm new to the forum. I'm replacing the 2 piece starter clutch cover on my 01 busa after months of being apart. There are 9 short and 3 long bolts. However, 1 of my 9 bolts has a metal washer with a rubber insert. I cant remember where this bolt goes on the cover. Picture of cover is the damaged one I am replacing.
