Rear Brake Upgrades

I would like to make some upgrades on my rear brakes. Basically I would like more feel, adjustable level of resistance ( I need more for my size 13's) and I would like to be able to make them not lock up. We used to do this on the front brakes on trail bikes - adjust them so they would slow you down but not wash the front end out.

I would use them more to settle the bike down if they weren't so mushy. I have Speigler lines on them now but everything else is stock. Anyone ever do anything back there other than pads and rotors?

not sure what other mods could be done to rear brakes after lines, pads and rotors have been upgraded.

You've already got braided lines on there. Rear wave rotors are simple to install and inexpensive is you go that route.

Size 13? Tried an adjustable brake pedal?

And since you are eluding toward feel, that points to different brake pad compounds.

Tried sticking with a simple semi-metallic pad?

Maybe a master cylider with a different ratio, maybe from another bike?
