Raptor Performance Shift Light

Here is how I installed my shift light. Its out of the way but still VERY visible even in the daytime.

First routed wire through the clippy thing and wire tie towards the nose of bike.

Next locate black & brown wires in nose near right turn signal and install female connectors.

Locate Tach lead (yellow with blue stripe) and tap into it with female type connector.

Stip back sheathing on shift light cable and expose 12 inches of wires. leave green alone and cutoff most of black and red. Install male connectors.

Connect black to black and red to brown. Bundle and tape up the extra cable... Don't waste it! You may move the thing later on!

Retape wires to speedo and connect green to the tach lead. The bundle tucks nicely above the headlight.

Make sure this boot is on the correct side of the connector the FIRST TIME!!!!!!!!!

Next, center punch dead center of left hadle bar and drill about 1/2 inch deep.

Then Tap the hole!!

Route the light under the clutch line and install the "big" clip on the handle bar. Snap the light into the clip and you're done...

I installed Dynatek, shift minder on the busa... It took me about 30 minutes to get it all fixed!! Its not very complicated.... bought mine over Schnitz Racing
