add anything to the electrical system causing a big draw recently? could also be the fan motor is starting to go bad thus creating an increased power draw upon start up of the fan.... just a thought.....

no change in recent electrical system. But this started happening after the bike sat
for 7 months outside during its down period. When I started getting the bike together
running I noticed this. Could be the fan motor, hope not though. But I think I have a
way around this though. I will wire it up with my second fan when I install it, and
hook them right to the battery with a manual switch.

Just updating that I have solved this. it turned out that the fan cage was pushed in several
areas that allows the fan blades to seize. So the fuse was popping because of the fan over
amping trying to start. Everything works fine now
