Quick Question Meter Panels

Referring to the lower meter panel center hex screw, is there a small steel washer that goes under the bolt?

Nope!

Strange, Does the bolt have a deep shoulder under the head, like 1/8 in.?
Put heli bars on and found a small steel washer on the driveway when I moved the bike away.

heli bars I just did to my gen ii also put the buell pegs on it is so sweet now
