Questions about Parting Out a 01 Hayabusa

I'm thinking of parting out my 01 Hayabusa.
What part of the bike gets sold with the title the engine or frame?  

Bike is in great condition with 30k miles any idea how much I could expect by parting out? This is a clean bike never been down with clean current title.  I have a reason that is unrelated to the bike for parting it out.
