Stock ECU tune can "handle" the slip-ons and K&N filter so NO, you do not NEED a PC or dyno. However, getting a dyno/tune done by an experienced/knowldegeable guy is a good thing (via PC or Ecu Editor). FWIW, I have a V&H header with YOSH R77 CF slip-ons and currently running a "canned tune" from Dynojet on a PC 5. Bike runs great but I am planning to get a dyno/tune in the near future.

DISCLAIMER: I am not a tune savvy guy

while you techinically dont NEED a PC or tune, getting one will help you claim some more power and help the bike run more efficiently, potentially saving you some fuel as well.
