Putting new cans on?

Hi

Newbie here
Im interested in these cans

was wondering if i got them would i need a power commander and a remap or would they bolt straight on and run fine as standard.I also am fitting a k&n.

You can bolt them on without needing to remap it. Most of the exhaust restriction on a stock system is in the crossover pipe so you aren't changing things very much. And don't believe the horsepower claim as you won't gain anything noticeable.

Most slip-ons are just that, but there may be some low spots you want to eliminate.

I would say YES you would need to remap if your fitting other pipes and a K+N as your altering the A/F

I would say you could do this with a tekka box if you did not go down the power commander route

Every Busa, stock or not can benefit from a Power Commander and a custom map.
Is it necessary, no. It will run fine.
