Problems with the upload center?

I have been trying to upload a couple of PICS all evening, but I keep getting an error message that says I am over my limit. I deleted all but one pic and it still says that I am over my limit, so either the size of our upload accounts has dropped or I am doing something wrong all of a sudden?

I've checked all aspects of your acct',it looks fine and your 1024 limit has not been changed. Please try again,and let me know. First,do a test,upload a previos pic that worked.

I know you did something to fix it. It was not operator error! Maybe Gremlins? Works now....
