Power commander V on a 2008

I just bought a new P C V, for my 2008 The PCV users guide says 2009 GSX 1300R, I was told there is NO difference between the 2008 and the 2009?
Whats the deal?

Install not going good, I can figure out how to down load any maps?
I have the M-4 full system on it and i can not get the map to down load,,
All I seem to get is information on the old PC 3 commanders....
Maybe the V works like the 3 , NOT,,,,,,

Go to this link. It's for the 2009 Busa. Use the map that's closest to your setup. Don't get hung up that your bike isn't a 2009. The PCV doesn't know that anyway.

Wish i could have been more help.one of these days i will get the ecu editing equipment and start messing around with different maps.when i do ill let you know and we can do away with the power commanders.ps this is busadave on all other forums.

Yea, I am talking with the PCV techs now trying to get it fixed up, May have to wait until the S.O gets in, She is a little more computer wizz than me, Ha,
What I expect from the PCV is a smoother, cooler, and 1/2 to 3/4 more H/P
