Power commander 3 map help

I need to pointed in the right direction with my map.
I have an 04 Busa with
Shorty slip on two brothers exhaust
Ivan's TRE
Small air box mod(w/ K&N if that matters)
PCIII usb power commander

I realize that I will have to fine tune any map i throw on, but i was wondering what people are using with same/similar mods.

Just use on from the webpage until you can get a tune. Use one for the 2 Bros exhaust you have.

They dont exactly have a map for my exhaust. And i was wondering what kind of map adjustments do people do after doing the small air box mod.
