Need input for Powercommander and map

Ok, before I get in over my head here, I have a few questions.

Where is the best place to purchase a power commander for my 05 Busa...I believe I get the usb model...is this correct?

For a full Micron system, I see power commander offers a map for the full micron exhaust....does anyone offer a better map and where and how do I get it?

Should I run a TRE with this system? Should I run K&N filter or stock filter?

Should I remove the pair valve?
Should I do the small air box mod?

Any other suggestions before I start ordering stuff up, and tearing into my project?

What kind of HP gain should I expect with Full Micron exhaust, removal of pair-valve, small airbox mod, K&N filter, and power commander USB, and TRE?

Will I have any driveability issues, backfiring, stalling, etc...?

OK but this is just my opinion. You can purchase the PC3USB from http://www.flatoutmotorcycles.com/default.asp call them I don't think the PC is listed. I would do all the mods you listed but, I would have a custom map made. You would expect to see a 10-15 HP increase with those mods. IMO very worth it
