PCIIIUSB not communicating with software

Hey guys and gals,

I just installed my BDE streetsmart system, airbox mod and pair removed. I'm trying to send the MAP provided by Brock and my PC program keeps telling me that there is an error in sending the map. I'm connected and my bike is running but no luck. need help guys!! thanx.

I will send pics as soon as I'm finished with everything..

ooops. Never mind. got it working. The cable on the PCIIIUSB slot wasnt in "all the way." I guess I get the dumbazz award for the day.
