Just curious to about a power commander. When a map is loaded, do you have to make any changes or adjustments as the weather changes? I have been told yes, and I have been told no.

Not sure but dont see why you would need to..

Have a PC3R on the way myself and gonna be posting some questions myself on here

Hmmm...never heard that one. Have a PCIII myself with a map for my Yosh RS-3 bolt-ons. Curious myself.

The mapping given by Powercommander, Is about as close you can get without putting the bike on a Dyno to tune it. I have Yosh slip on's and a K&N filter with TRE and it took away the surging feeling at slow speeds.
the bike runs alot smoother you will see when you install it.

I used the map on their website, and it slowed my bike down. One of my friens adjusted it for me, and got the power back, but as the weather changes, it seems the performance changes too. It seems like you constantly have to adjust on the PC to make up for the differences in the weather. Am I wrong for doing this? Is this normal? What am I doing wrong?
