PAIR modification.

Hi, i did a search on the PAIR removal.. And it would pop up "pair of panties" or "pair of shirts".

My questions are simple.
What is the PAIR?
WHen i put a full exhaust system on, do i have to remove it?
When i put a full exhaust on, WHY do i have to remove it?
HOw much is the BDE kit?

Pulsed Air Induction Reed Valve - for all intents and purposes, it's the smog pump. Its job is to introduce fresh air into the exhaust upstream of the cat/con during deceleration and extended periods of idle to help keep the cat "lit off" (at operational temperatures).

You don't NEED to get rid of it but it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

If you don't it is likely that your bike will backfire on decelleration all the time.

If you buy BDE from brocks site its $890 plus shipping.


If you buy it from a dealer you can get it cheaper.
