The pair valve introduces fresh air into the exhaust, lowering emissions.
Two mods available:
1) pair removal - no power increase, lose couple pounds.
2) pair sucker mod - creates lower pressure in crankcase, theoretically helping piston rings seal better. Has produced 3+ hp on dyno on some bikes.
