Ny times today sickens me...

Don't forget - the media is for 'entertainment' - not education. You'd see a different story if the media was pure with their information dissemination. Unfortunately, they're running a business that bases it's revenues on sales.

How do you get people to buy more - you make something sensational and go sell it. Doesn't make it true - just makes it profitable.

Unfortunately - many people base their opinions on what they read in the paper or see on the boob-tube. Kinda sucks when you're trying to get the real skinny on things like this.

Why in freakin' God's name is the NY Times giving this guy his own editorial on how he is a victim of circumstance while being on "vacation" in Pakistan?  (My wife and I are heading there next month ourselves).

If this was done in WWII they would have burned the NY Times to the ground.
