I was visiting the R1 Forum and picked this up(edited somewhat to maintain the dignity of .org):

Speaking of the Hayabusa site, some fellow, goes by
the name of EARL, is trying to stir up some stuff by
dropping my name to Frank Adams. Next time you are
there Sherm, please let Earl know that Frank Adams is
perfectly capable of finding his own races, and doesn't
need an agent to find them for him.
