Not really what you'd expect when accelerating to 203 mph

That was not the removable part of the wheel. The quick release pin is up next to the wheel itself. The steering shaft broke off!

I had the wheel come off on one of hte dragsters I drove for a guy. After that I always gave it a good yank!
