New paint for the 02

Finally painted my 2002. The color is a modified version of Ford's 1996 metallic blue. I also added gsxr mirrors, LED turn signals, and did a few cleaning projects while she was broke down. This mod was a long time in the making, but was sped up due to a tree falling on her last fall. Still have to put my new kanji logos on and the 1300R badge. What you think?!

Reminds me of the mullet(big rods ride) in the early stage.

Thanks guys. I really think my dream color is the 07 blue (like big Rod's)...but my dad did good on getting me a close match in an industrial paint

I'd be lying if I said the idea for color and mods didn't come from the mullet. After buying the HMF system from Rod I knew that was the color I wanted...that turned into LED turn signals and carbon dash. Soon will be a 240 tire. I don't think I am man enough for the 330 like Rod

I think it looks great! So did you have 05 plastics on it before? Black/Silver paint scheme is from 05 also one of my favorites...and the fastest color from what I hear.

The 02 is the limited edition midnight black...which evolved to 05 black and silver that had a tree fall on them and scratch the plastic and dent the tank. The 02 black are now metallic blue...quasi 07 limited color.

Black/silver was faster than midnight black...but I would have to say the BLUE is now the fastest color I have tried...but that may also be due to the mod evolution as well

Beautiful bro! IMO adding too many stickers will take away from that sweet colour! Maybe a viagra sticker making it look like a tablet would start a new trend lol! J/K Really dig it man! A 240 single sided kit would look spectacular!

Got It! All in All she turned out a Beauty! Kanji symbol an she is complete. Tail looks cleaner without 1300 label...imo.
