new Hayabusa owner from Maryland

Hey guys just got an o5 Hayabusa and I love it ,my last bike I built back I the late 80's early 90's was a 88 chain drive Yamaha v-max , the chain drive conversion was from madmax enterprises back in the day it was a torque monster but I sold it 23 years ago and got the itch again , yes i'm a older guy i'll be 60 in January. I saw an add on Facebook for a 05 busa from Garwood custom cycles with the brocks full exhaust and a pc v and I know here comes the hate a 330 rear tire and wheels combo from cs customs but hey I like to be different and it's great to be on two wheels again Mick laporta.

By the way, as has been documented extensively on this forum, the Gen 2 version of the Hayabusa is the superior motorcycle.

Hi. I am 75. I have a 1999 that I am building for LSR Racing/ street. I also have an 02 busa for street/race. The 02 has 290 HP on pump 93 and 360 HP on VP C-16. If everything goes as planned I will be racing at Loring Main. on Sept 3rh to 6th.
