On the Gen 1 Busa's the brakes are one of the weak areas. Better lines, pads and rotors makes a huge difference.

I simply went with steel braided lines and HH pads. Better Rotors are nice if you can afford them. And if you really want to upgrade... replace everything with Berringer Brakes or Brembo.
