Have an '08 Busa and are having trouble with the huge stock exhaust hitting things and having trouble lane splitting. Came from a GSXR and really notice the extra width of the bike.

Any suggestions on after market pipes that don't break the bank that are narrower than stock. I was looking at some neat Micron exhausts and then realized that the company had closed down a while ago. They looked great though.

Slip-ons preferably. Anything that doesn't require purchasing a separate power commander or having to re-modify Fuel injection maps?

i have a brocks full system on the way, and plan on selling my yosh r77 carbon fiber slip ons after the install. They cost me $870 new i believe and i've had them on for about a year-5k miles. Gonna be askin $600 for them and will most likely be posting them in the classifieds over the weekend, in case your interested.

IMO- If you gonna spend more than $500, Tsukigi makes a 4-1 full system, I've seen as low as $700 (about a year ago). Of course you should get the PC and tune it, but man what a difference.

The Yoshi slip ons look great and seem to be a lot narrower than the stock pipes. Any fuel map adjustments that are required with these?

none at all with slips ons. Just slap them on and go. Takes about 15 minutes total for the install

Thanks for the advice guys, ordered a pair of M4 Retro drag slip ons from the advice given above. Cant wait for them to arrive, not sure what the neighbors will think though with the noise increase.

yeah i still have them. Listed them on craigslist this weekend to see if they would sell bc they would be such a pain to ship, plus i don't know how much shipping would be. Had a person interested in them that was going to possibly buy them yesterday, but never heard back from him

I've got the M4 retro drag slip ons on my 09. Here is a link to a video. I'm happy with them, sound great, good weight savings and cheap enough until you can afford a full system. They aren't really really loud, but loud enough, haven't been cut off nearly as often.
