New and have question

I guess I just dont know any people on busa's around my kneck of the woods, I couldnt imagine running 16 and 42, We always race from a 30 kick , the race is approx 8 tenths of a mile, I relined my bike in 6th gear with the factory setup 17 and 40 before I crossed the finish line

Thanks for the help. How bad will the sprocket changes effect the top end? I attached a pic, I hope it works.

1 down should drop your top end to bout 179, which most folks will nvr see

Thanks again for the help guys, I really like this site, it is just overwhelming at first trying to take in all the info. I only have 3700 miles on my bike I can imagine I will need alot of help later down the road.
