Greetings,
Picked up my powder coated engine case covers yesterday. First picture is just a reflection.
Just the color I wanted. Having the sprocket cover coated also when I receive the part.
Not only do I need a little sealant on the covers but need something that can resist the heat on the oil sight glass.
What should I use?
By the way. With a little effort you just pry out the sight glass using a small screwdriver being sure to stay on the metal part of the sight glass. I ordered up a new one for backup.
Just a quick note. Although it will be a while before I change all the covers I will have all three up for sale. If you are thinking of a chrome exchange down the road then here you go. Once again it will probably be around the first of next month.
