Need information about Hurric slip-ons

Hi guys !

I'm adressing all the experts at this board -
I know you're good for a piece of advice.

I got a great offer about some Hurric carbon slip-ons.
I don´t know this brand, but they look very nice.
They are only allowed for racing and not for the street (I guess it's because of the noise).
Do you have any knowledge about Hurric ??
