Need Help

Anyone online right now have the ability to call international on their phones? My service must not be set up on it and phone company just now closed. I have to contact a member of the board overseas ASAP.
All I need is someone to dial the number, tell the person to check their PMs NOW.
I will paypal the charges when your phone bill comes in. Not a scam or anything and would greatly appreciate the help.
