need help with downloading pics

every time I try to reply with a pic or just add pic to my profile the load meter starts but only goes half way and stops.

Pics are too large, use either paint or another like program to reduce the size. I use MGI photo suite, its easier to resize pics, no stretch and skew,just select the size you want and select it then its done.NJ.

...Yeah, as NJ said... it must be cause of the size of the pic!! Re-size it and it should work just fine mate!!!
