My kiddo has a rash...

You told me he fell into some cedar chips too, maybe allergic to cedar? I know if i get touched by those evergreen leaves or pine needles i get a TERRIBLE rash...just my .02.

Yeah, yesterday when I picked him up, he mentioned falling in the wood chips that they put down on the playground for padding. When I spoke with his physician, they asked if it was the same wood chips that have always been on the playground? (He has been going to this school since Feb. 2007) It is in fact the same old kind of wood chips, so they doubt it is that, unless they are treated with come sort of chemical, and they are newer.

He is however, doing a lot better today. No redness, just the tiny white pimple like bumps. He went back to school, but the doctor said "No playing outside" for a couple of days. This will help rule out/determine if it is just heat rash. Lil dude is not happy about the no outside part.
