More trouble with the chat login

This is the second time this has happened.
First time i registered as GMbusa. It logged me in and i talked and everything was fine. I logged out and it wouldn't let me log back in as it said my name didn't exist.

So, last night i reregistered as Gmotors-GMbusa. The same thing happened. I don't exist once again.

I realized that i didn't click the "save it" box. Yet nothing was deleted and now i can't use my name. I was pissed and put in for a name This-is-BS and now it won't let me change it.
Why can't people just make stuff easy? Instead of having to click the extra box to save it, when your already clicking the ok button.
