unless you have current motorcycle insurance with USAA they will not start any new policies... wouldnt hurt to call them anyway and tell them the situation about going to Germany and see what they say though.
No currently I have State Farm. When I bought the bike I called USAA while I was in Hawaii and they underwrote for Progressive. They quoted me $250 a month. I only pay $500 a year with State Farm and thats full coverage. So I hope USAA is not my only choice
