Had M1's on 2002 Bandit, they were better than Michelin Makadamas (bad news).

Did you check the date on that tire Metzler quit making the M1 a few years back so the one you see are leftovers I would not put one on my bike due to that reason. I have run the M3's and the were pretty nice tires

Nothing wrong with M1s .I ve run a bunch of them .
Might not be the right tire for heavy bike like busa though .
What psi have you been runnin?

This tire has 1750 approx miles... This is the one I had installed in Reno for 155.00

I'll second you there, Cap. I ran M1's about 3 yrs ago...only got 2,500 miles out of the rear! I was VERY disappointed! I've been running Shinko 009 Raven's since and get well over 7,000 to a rear. The front will last for 2 rears... While the Shinko's are not as sticky as the M1s, I definitely like the mileage I'm getting out of them. Plus for less than $180, shipped for a set, I'll stick with 'em.
