Okay, I'll get just the low beam!

Many thanks!

I think if you have them adjusted correctly so the low beam doesn't blind the hell out of everyone, the high beam is outstanding for piercing the darkness way down the highway at night! You can see those deers little beady eyes way out there.

OK, Stupid question time and I am definately outta the loop so...are they just for the brightness more so than the stocks, or looks, and I've been seeing posts where there's problems with them. And those wires in the pics look huge. Please enlighten an old man. My son is talking about putting them on the 03 when we get it back togeather? Oh and congratulations on getting your lights...

WELLLLLLLL.................... According to the Dec 08 issue of Motorcyclist. HIDs are a safety hazard and your better off sticking with the OEM set up. Rated HIDs 1 star out of 5. Hey, don't flame me. I'm just passing on the experts wisdom.

Maybe they're just sayin' that cause they got busted by the police escort whilst street testing 'em. :poke::poke:

You will love them, grasshopper.

Just remember to be kind to the other motorists and don't burn out their retinas. They're bright as he!! and can, in the use of the wrong owner, be very aggravating and visually intrusive.

I do plan on doing the majority of my ridding on the highway so, guess I'll look into this a bit more...

Thanks!

Without me spending the next 1/2 hour or so trying to locate old threads on this, what's the difference between Mucculough or Visionpro?

Like most of you guys I do ride in the city a bunch but I also plan on more road trips so maybe High/Low Beams would be better? And come to think of it when on my last trip I think I used the pass button maybe a handful of times so maybe if I had a HID high-beam I wouldn't miss that option...

that is exactly how mine came (in the carrying case) i was confused as i could be about what was in the nice little case but as soon as i popped the lid there was no mistaking it. i live in louisiana and they made it to me in less than 3 days after the order was placed and i placed that order in the middle of the night.

I hear ya. I opened up the box and saw a nice case. I could not remember buying anything nice. I opened, saw it was the lights and could not believe it. I just ordered them yesterday at about 3:30 P.M. and 21 hours later, they were here! I'm stunned.
