Losing my mind. Tried everything

2003 hyabusa sat for a few years. Replaced starter reverse bearing,
Cleaned tank and replaced fuel pump and regulator, new plugs, new coils, good compression, good fuel pressure and all injectors are working, all plugs firing. won't start, seems like it's flooding I'm at a complete loss. All the shops seems to be booked up for awhile. Any suggestions

It sounds like you've covered everything...

How was it stored? I ask because sometimes moisture can corrode electrical connectors and grounds...

Any aftermarket fuel system on it (Bazzaz/PC?)

I take it the center TFT screen is showing nothing odd?
I will assume you have checked the spark already
I also assume you've checked the fuses...

Is this otherwise completely stock? No shift kill, no power commander or similar, etc? If it has any of those, remove them and try again.
