Long Ride

Went out riding yesterday. Was out for 12 hours in some of the more beautiful areas I've been in for quite some time. Was so awed, I never stopped to take pictures.

Seat time was about 10 hours, give or take. At the last stop, my odometer read 50,001 miles. Awesome! Halfway to my goal now!

Rode another 80 miles home and parked it. Traded my throttle for a beer.

Nice day! Next time, I'll stop and take a few pics of the more beautiful areas.

Mine is 8 months old and I have almost 18,000 miles on her. I also had a blast last Sunday. Rode for almost 15 hours (846 miles). Started at around 7:30 am and got home almost 10:00 pm. I just can't get enough of her. By the way, I had a R1 (first bike)before the Busa and I put over 47,000 miles in less than 2 years.

Bike is still running VERY strong. Maintenance is critical. I have some other things I need to do beyond the ordinary but doing well.

Charles, I know you're riding that Gixxer. Maybe by the end of the year, I'll have caught up.
