Looks fine color-wise. The real question is "Does it match your head?".

If I had that setup I would wear this helmet, it's a Picotte in mostly orange with black background. Great shape, 2 lenses (clear and dark tint), $150.00 if you like it. I like the Arai you chose very much. Looks great!

I looked at that same helmet for months (dealership)... I just don't know if I'm sold on the quality of Icon as compared to Arai... that's basically the reason I chose Arai (was looking at Shoei too). Just wanting a great lid to last me 4 or 5 years.

Appears to be a nice match. The lighter & darker orange contrast look sweet. Plus with all the white, its a lighter colored helmet=equals not so hot!
