Late Winter Prep - what to do?

Liquidous

hi all. just as riding season came to a close before the snow came here in Michigan, i was going to do my second Oil change and winter prep the bike for storage.

then work got busy, and i had to leave town for more than a month and half.. now i have a COLD as cold gets Busa in the garage, with oil i need to change.

should i start the bike up and get it all warm before i change it. since its been sitting for more than 2 months not ridden, i think the oil has settled enough, should i just dump it out like it is, and then put new oil and start her up?

what else is recommended, gas filler, battery ?

thanks in advance

Change the oil before you start it! That way all of the "junk" will stay in the pan. If you sart the bike alot, you don't need to add anything to the fuel. Just keep a trickle charger on the battery and you should be good to go!

MOBILE MX4T 10W-40
           OR
SHELL ROTELLA T 5W-40
AND ALWAYS USE A SUZUKI OIL FILTER
