She's a 2001, Dynojet Power Commander, with full header Muzzy exhaust and 6" extension.

Thanks. Though it came from a reputable seller I had Suzuki dealer go through it and replace anything needed which just ended up being rear brakes & tire. I'm new to these so have much to learn.

Yeah you really have to force it down in turns. Trade off I suppose is keeping front from standing up on you constantly with extra power. It's manageable however. ‍

The Busa will wheelie easily, but it is also very tame and stable, you don't have to worry about keeping the front down unless you get hard on the throttle.
Get rid of the swingarm extensions, cut and re-rivot the chain, slide the forks back up the triple-clamps, set the suspension sag, and you will have an excellent handling motorcyle.
If you are over 200lbs in gear, you will need the forks resprung to get proper sag.
And, the front and rear suspension directly effect one another, so if one is great and the other is bad, the whole ride suffers.
Too tight on the chain adjustment and it'll limit rear suspension travel, and throw off the handling as well.
